The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Wednesday that security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) had shot down 11 terrorists in three different operations.
The military’s propaganda wing said in a statement that the operations took place in several parts of the province from December 17 to 18.
It stated that in response to reports of insurgent activity, an intelligence-based operation (IBO) was carried out in the Tank district of KP.
“Own troops successfully engaged the Khwarij location during the operation, which led to the seven Khwarij being sent to hell.”
Two terrorists were slain during another IBO that was carried out in the Datta Khel general area of the North Waziristan district.
Two terrorists engaged in combat for the third time in the Mamad Gat neighborhood of Mohmand district.
