Startling details emerged in the charge sheet against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in the £190 million Al-Qadir Trust case.
“In April 2019, Al-Qadir University didn’t exist. In Britain, the National Crime Agency tracked down the £190 million. Before the funds were transported to Pakistan, Shahzad Akbar, the chief of the East Recovery Unit, reached a covert agreement with the property tycoon,” he stated.
“The founder was found guilty of breaking the PTI Rules of Business 1973. Shahzad Akbar signed the National Crime Agency’s (NCA) confidentiality agreement on December 6, 2019. The charge sheet said that the PTI founder used his influence to approve the Al-Qader Trust in the government.
“Bushra Bibi helped founder PTI by signing documents as trustee on March 24, 2021,” according to the charging sheet.
