In two distinct intelligence-based operations in the districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on October 9 and 10, security forces eliminated four terrorists, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced on Thursday.
On October 9, during an IBO in the Janikhel region of Bannu District, there was a fierce gunfight that resulted in the deaths of two terrorists, according to the statement.
On October 10, security personnel successfully disrupted the militants’ location in the North Waziristan district’s Hassan Khel area. Two more terrorists lost their lives in the operation following a fierce battle.
The military’s media wing added that ammo and weapons were also found on dead terrorists who continued to actively engage in kidnapping and targeted killings of defenseless citizens in addition to their countless acts of terrorism against the security forces.
