A health advise for Hajj 2025 has been prepared by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which outlines stringent health standards for pilgrims.
A spokeswoman for Religious Affairs said that people with complicated medical conditions will not be allowed to make the pilgrimage.
Due to the harsh weather that is predicted during Hajj season, only pilgrims who are in good health and vigorous will be permitted to do Hajj.
Participation will be restricted to those with dementia or infectious disorders including whooping cough and tuberculosis (TB), as well as those with issues connected to kidney, heart, lung, liver, or cancer.
Pregnant women and children under the age of twelve are specifically prohibited from performing the Hajj, according to the advise.
