Guadalupe De Los Santos, a photographer, filed a case in Los Angeles Superior Court, and rapper 50 Cent addressed the matter on Monday.
After a book reading at The Grove in Los Angeles on September 11, 2022, De Los Santos says the rapper ordered him to be struck off his electric scooter using a car door.
De Los Santos, who is being represented by well-known lawyer Gloria Allred, claims that 50 Cent was hurt and unable to work as a result of an altercation that was started by a member of his entourage.
Additionally, according to court filings, the photographer, who was taking official photos of the rapper, said that the SUV’s passenger door was purposefully opened, hitting his left side and breaking his scooter.
