In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Charlie Cox makes an unexpected appearance as Matt Murdock. He secretly filmed the scene in Atlanta.
He claimed that he contacted his friend Andrew Garfield, who was rumored to be the movie’s star, at the time of the shoot.
“I traveled to Atlanta to shoot Spider-Man.” In an interview with Marvel, he stated, “I texted Andrew Garfield after arriving at this hotel and before I went out.”
I read everything online, so I was quite sure he was in the movie. “I’ve known him for a long time,” the Daredevil star added. “I texted him: ‘If the trades are to be believed then we are in the same movie.’”
