A painter in Lahore killed a 65-year-old widow and mother of four by first knocking her unconscious with a wooden rod and then electrocuting her in a startling crime committed over a cell phone.
The suspect has been taken into custody by police.
The accused, named as Azeem, was found to have been a painter in the victim’s Harbanspura home during the course of the investigation.
Spotting her expensive phone, he planned the murder.
