PESHAWAR: According to police, Shakeel Ahmad Khan, the older brother of former senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan and Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ameer, was shot and killed outside his Swabi residence on Sunday.
Mushtaq expressed his sorrow over the terrible event, stating that his older brother was shot dead in front of their house and that he was his pillar of support and strength. He also denounced the attack as the most heinous act of savagery.
District Police Officer (DPO) Swabi Muhammad Azhar described the incident, stating that Shakeel was slain while attempting to settle a heated altercation.
Shakeel was shot dead by a neighbor during a violent dispute, according to the police.
