ISLAMABAD The impact of US President Donald Trump’s strict immigration policy is clear as a second flight transporting illegal immigrants from Pakistan is expected to land in Pakistan next week, according to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) sources.
Eight more illegal people, including Rehman, Saleem, Nawaz, Salman, Azeem, Khan, and Khalid Masih, will board a special American plane to return to their country, according to confirmation from the Pakistani Embassy in the US.
Remarkably, only two of the deportees have criminal histories; the other six are being deported purely for infractions of illegal residency.
According to the sources, “two people on the deportation list were found guilty of serious crimes, including rape and drug-related offenses.”
Along with FIA personnel, the deportees would be transported into Islamabad’s Nur Khan Airbase.
