For the latest terror attack on the Jaffar Express in the Bolan district of Balochistan, authorities have filed a formal complaint.
Police sources claim that the case against unnamed terrorists has been lodged at the Naseerabad Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) station. Among other legislative areas, the allegations include provisions from the Railway Act and the Anti-Terrorism Act.
According to the FIR, terrorists set off explosives on the railroad track at 1pm after the Jaffar Express left Quetta for Peshawar at 9am. They used guns and rocket launchers to fire on the train and its occupants after the explosion.
