Attacks on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) police have resumed; terrorists have carried out 68 attacks so far this year, killing 26 police personnel and injuring 30 more.
Security forces have killed 69 insurgents in retaliatory operations.
Documents from the KP Central Officers Office show that there were 29 attacks on officers in January, 24 in February, and 15 so far in March.
Ten police vehicles have been damaged in addition to the deaths of police officers as a result of these attacks.
