Similar to the policies implemented at all other international airports in the nation, Karachi International Airport now has separate immigration desks for foreign visitors.
According to sources on Wednesday, the purpose of these recently installed counters is to avoid needless hold-ups in the immigration clearance process. The airports at Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Multan, and Sialkot have also added comparable amenities.
According to authorities, foreign visitors, investors, and business delegations will find these steps more convenient and effective. The program is a component of a larger push to boost international investment, trade, and tourism in Pakistan.
These reforms are also anticipated to result in a more expedited and efficient immigration process for returning Pakistani nationals.
