The first scheduled commercial air service between the “historic cities” has been started by Iran Air with its maiden direct route between Quetta, Zahedan, and Mashhad.
Mohammad Mudassir Tipu, Pakistan’s ambassador to Iran, praised the flights’ start in a statement, stating that the people of the region had long demanded them.
“I am overjoyed that Iran Air has begun operating direct flights between Quetta, Zahedan, and Mashhad, connecting three historic cities with a wealth of promise. “These new operations will strengthen people-to-people relationships, tourism, and business,” he stated.
