The army gives a report about the wounded horses that are racing through London.

The British Army has reported that two horses who were critically hurt last week as they galloped through central London are recovering from their surgeries.

On the news, the military stated: “Quaker, a Cavalry black, has shown significant improvement and progresses towards what is expected to be a full recovery.”
The Household Cavalry said that the builders’ throwing of debris from a height “right next to them” scared the animals, who were participating in a “routine exercise” in Belgravia on Wednesday.

Five horses took off, knocking off four riders as they raced through the crowded streets of the city, crashing into cars and even smashing into a double-decker bus.

According to a prior update, one of the horses was receiving care at an equine hospital, while the other was in the Household Cavalry barracks.
