In response to posts made by an island-based journalist on the news, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) was requested under the FOI to provide copies of posts made by Minister Lawrie Hooper.
In his decision, Mr. Haynes stated that although the minister was deemed to be the owner of the account, public employees were to make it apparent what position they were holding.
