The pair posted pictures to Instagram of themselves looking stunning in the identical purple outfits they wore as their second look on the wedding day back in 1999.
“Look what we found,” they wrote, and David followed up with, “Yep, still got it! I can’t believe they still fit after 25 years!”
In front of a small group of 29 guests, the former England football player and Spice Girl were married on July 4, 1999, in Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland. A huge star-studded celebration ensued after the ceremony.
They were seated in the crushed-velvet purple thrones that were part of their wedding day in one of the re-created images.
When they had initially danced to Frank Sinatra’s “It Had To Be You,” they had on the satin purple attire.
At the time, Baby Brooklyn was just four months old, and he was wearing a matching purple outfit.
Victoria chose a champagne-colored Vera Wang gown for the wedding, while David went with a gold-and-cream suit by British designer Timothy Everest.
