Police had earlier declared the youngster, Eudine, missing from a southeast London housing estate and ordered a “urgent” search for her.
At approximately 10.40 p.m. on Monday, the Thamesmead estate in Greenwich reported her missing.
Officers at Greenwich Police expressed “extreme concern for her welfare.”
The force said in a statement: “At about lunchtime, Eudine was seen alone on CCTV.
“Officers are searching for her immediately because we are quite concerned for her welfare.
“We are requesting that anyone in the area who knows anything about her location give us a call right immediately.
“Please check gardens, sheds, and locked areas if you reside in Thamesmead or the surrounding region.
