Due to cyclonic storm Asna, which was moving farther westward from the coast of Sindh over the previous six hours, there were sporadic rainfall in some sections of Karachi on Saturday.
The following locations saw moderate to heavy rains: Soldier Bazaar, Numaish, Gurumandir, Tariq Road, I I Chundrigar Road, and the areas surrounding it.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) projected rain-thundershowers with a few heavy falls along with squally winds (60–70 kph) in Balochistan’s Hub, Lasbella, Awaran, Ormara, Pasni, Gwadar, Jiwani, Turbat, and Panjgur until tomorrow night in a new notice that was released at 9:36 p.m. today.
Additionally, it issued a warning for water logging in Makran Coast low-lying areas.
