Lyle and Erik Menendez were found guilty of repeatedly shooting Jose and Kitty Menendez at close range on August 20, 1989, at their Beverly Hills residence. At the time, the brothers’ ages were 18 and 21.

According to US entertainment website, the brothers were among the prisoners in San Diego County’s Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility who were listening to Kardashian talk on prison reform.
Both brothers have participated in the Greenspace project, which encourages prisoners to enhance the appearance of prison yards in order to support their team.
Kim was reportedly with her mother Kris, her sister Khloé, and Cooper Koch, who plays Erik in the Netflix series.
The real Erik Menendez attacked the Netflix series last week, labeling it “dishonest” and “inaccurate” and pointing out what he considered to be “blatant lies” un the portrayal of his older brother Lyle.
