Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa of Pakistan has stated that he hopes the majority of judges will consider their “mistakes and make necessary corrections” in the reserved seats ruling. He claims that the ruling lacked basic consideration.
In his dissenting note on the case that gave Imran Khan’s PTI more seats in Parliament, he stated, “I do hope and expect that my distinguished colleagues in the majority will mirror and correct their mistakes and ensure that Pakistan is governed in accordance with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”
