Muhammad Hassam Ali passed away in a hospital following his discovery, just before 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, in Victoria Square with serious injuries.

After being brought to the hospital, he passed away that same day.
According to West Midlands Police, the young person facing charges—who cannot be identified due to his age—will appear before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court later today.
A second boy, fifteen years old, was freed on police bail with conditions.
