A Christian monk, who was detained on the instigation of a former US attorney, is talking about how the charges—which have subsequently been withdrawn—ruined his image and devastated his life.
Father Brian Andrew Bushell stated, “There does not seem to be time for Christianity in President Biden’s administration,” in a News interview.
In October 2022, Biden’s political appointee, former Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins, charged Father Andrew and his business partner with conspiring to commit wire fraud and illicit financial activities.
At the time of the arrest, Rollins stated, “We allege that these two individuals engaged in brazen, criminal behavior that took advantage of our government’s efforts to rescue organizations.”
