Chief Minister Bugti gave the Balochistani Chief Secretary instructions at the meeting to speed the process of firing the absent teachers and to provide a thorough report within a month.
He also insisted that district education administrators should be recruited only on the basis of merit, emphasizing the necessity of rigorous commitment to meritocracy and indicating a break from excessive meddling in matters of education.
Chief Minister Bugti shed light on the financial side of education in the province by pointing out that 5,625 rupees a month, or a significant amount of resources, are set aside for education in Balochistan.
Furthermore, he disclosed that the government spends roughly 72,000 rupees per child every year, demonstrating its dedication to investing in the next generation and offering high-quality education.
