A pleasant ending to Taylor Swift’s London performance came when a couple announced their engagement live.
When the pop sensation performed her hit song, Love Story, in the VIP standing area of Wembley Stadium, the rings were switched.
An onlooker described the proposal to The Mirror, saying, “She looked stunned, completely taken by surprise but said yes straight away.”
He continued, “There were many tears and many fans went up and congratulated them afterwards.”
Swift, meanwhile, complimented the audience for being her “dream crowd” after the event.
“This is a dream crowd; you are not just singing, but you are screaming the lyrics. Do you know how happy that makes me?” she exclaimed.It’s a lot of fun for both me and the other performers.
