ARY News claimed that a large explosion occurred at a liquid petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder filling station in Hyderabad’s Preetabad suburb on Thursday, injuring about 50 people and killing at least three individuals, including two children.
The blast from the cylinder entered a business on the ground floor and began to spread to the upper stories of the building housing the families.
According to rescue personnel, the event claimed the lives of Rahim, 10, 7-year-old Ali Raza, and a mother. Numerous others were injured.
The injured were taken by ambulance to Hyderabad’s Civil Hospital and Liaquat University Hospital.
Syed Murad Ali, the chief minister of Sindh, visited Civil Hospital in Hyderabad with other ministers to find out how the injured patients were doing.
He was accompanied by Health Minister Azra Pechuho and other provincial ministers, Sharjeel Memon and Ziaul Hassan Linjar. The chief minister directed the doctors to provide better treatment.
Speaking to media, the chief minister said that 19 injured people including nine children and a woman were brought to the Civil Hospital, adding that the best treatment is being provided to the injured patients.
