The information indicates that Commissioner Rawalpindi visited the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, where he suspended a physician, two female pharmacists, and a nurse for failing to perform their jobs and sent a patient to a private laboratory for testing instead of using the hospital’s facilities.
The commissioner of Rawalpindi was instructed to open an investigation against Dr. Amjad Ali and other individuals.
Meanwhile, DHQ Hospital has sent out a letter about the suspension of these physicians and employees.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed that failing to provide residents with the facilities they need won’t be tolerated.
