Police said they were alerted just before 6 a.m. today to reports of a kid falling from a height near Plaistow.
A neighbour who called 911 following the incident reported that the child’s father was devastated.
Ansert Davis, who lives at Jacob’s House, stated that he saw the boy’s father following the tragic fall.
“He is rolling on the floor,” says his kid. “I just ran down and tried to speak to the father, but he is inconsolable,” he explained.
Mr Davis, who had previously seen the family playing on the swings, described the boy’s mother as “distraught”.
He observed another neighbour rush out to aid.
