Local authorities declared the 59-year-old British man dead on Thursday, following the superyacht he was vacationing on sinking early on Monday morning.
On Friday, divers found the last unidentified body in the wreckage; it is thought to be Hannah, his 18-year-old daughter. Seven of the 22 passengers on board perished in the accident, which was survived by her mother and Mr. Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares.
Rolo Igno, who resided with Mr. Lynch while he was detained for a year in it.
Following a trial in a federal court in San Francisco, California, Mr. Lynch was found not guilty in June of orchestrating a major fraud about the $11 billion (£8.64 billion) sale to the US corporation Hewlett Packard.
While Mr. Lynch was being held in detention in San Francisco, Mr. Igno claimed to have had the “privilege” of spending “almost every waking moment” with him. He described the detail as “life-changing” and unlike any other he had ever worked on.
