MULTAN: After refusing to give her husband permission for a second marriage, Feroza Jameel, a female professor, was brutally murdered in Multan by a hired killer.
Police claim that the husband hired a gunman for Rs1.5 million in order to plan the murder. He tried to pass off the murder as a robbery in order to allay suspicions.
The couple was traveling in their automobile with their toddler when the incident happened. Professor Jameel was shot dead by the shooter when they were stopped.
The spouse, the hired killer, and two other accomplices were arrested as a result of police investigations. The suspect said that they had agreed to pay the gunman Rs 200,000 up advance and the balance Rs 1.3 million after the act was finished.
