Local officials declared Mr. Lynch,59, deceased on Thursday following the sinking of the Bayesian superyacht he was aboard with his spouse and daughter early on Monday morning.
For fifteen years, Ruth Leigh shared a home in Suffolk with Mr. Lynch and his spouse, Angela Bacares.
