ISLAMABAD: According to The News, the Supreme Court of Pakistan has established a new rule regarding early hearings and out-of-turn fixing of cases.
According to a circular released on Wednesday, issues pertaining to compromise cases, bail concerns (both bail prior to and following an arrest), and the transfer of procedures or decrees in family disputes would be given first priority.
According to the circular, petitioners would no longer need to submit separate requests for early hearings in these kinds of instances.
Similar to this, all election-related issues will be resolved quickly, if the necessary bench is available in the right order. There will be no need for early hearing petitions.
