MALAKAN: Additional Deputy Commissioner Muhibullah Khan said on Sunday that police had arrested a lecturer at the University of Malakand who was accused of sexually assaulting female pupils.
According to a statement from the extra deputy commissioner, a female varsity student filed a complaint against the professor, alleging that she had been harassed by the teacher for a few months and turning to the police for assistance.
The deputy commissioner stated that the police had begun looking into the event and that “a case has been registered against the accused under multiple provisions.”
