LONDON: According to reports, Gulfam Hussain Kayani, a supporter of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was arrested by Scotland Yard for using TikTok to threaten Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, former Premier Nawaz Sharif, and other Sharif family members.
Kayani has also threatened to blow up the apartments in Avenfield in one of the most recent TikTok shows.
Speaking to his TikTok followers, he promised to “avenge” PTI founder Imran Khan if he is hurt in Pakistan and to practically “drag” members of the Sharif family on the streets of London.
The military leadership of Pakistan has also been criticized by Kayani.
The arrest was verified by Scotland Yard sources. The arrest orders for Kayani were reportedly issued almost a week ago.
