A wild bear brutally attacked and killed a woman on Thursday in the Mansehra district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in the Juggan area of Balakot tehsil.
According to the police, a wild bear in the Juggan area attacked and killed a mother of three children.
In front of the deputy superintendent of police (DSP) office, the woman’s family held a protest demonstration and called for action against the relevant officials.
Speaking with the demonstrators, DSP Balakot Circle Muhammad Farood declared that legal action will be taken against the responsible wildlife officials once they were identified.
He urged the demonstrators to keep their cool, stating that everyone was subject to the law and that they would get justice no matter what.
