On the night of August 25–26, a violent event took place in the Radha Sham area of Balochistan, leading to the deaths of several laborers, including Multan native Muhammad Waseem.
Waseem, who frequently traveled to Balochistan for employment, was reportedly on his way back to his hometown at the time of the attack. He was apparently shot in the chest by assailants who had halted the car he was driving.
The neighborhood has expressed its sincere grief over the situation and denounced the attack’s savagery. The government has been urged by the locals to take tough measures against the guilty and those who assist them.
The safety of laborers traveling to and from Bangladesh in search of employment prospects has come under scrutiny in light of this incident. It is anticipated that local authorities will look into the incident.
