KARACHI: In a distressing event that happened in the city, a man killed his wife and three children while they slept in a residence close to Jinnah International Airport, and then he committed “suicide,” according to police on Monday.
Law enforcement officials reported that a police team found five family members’ remains in an apartment in a multi-story building close to Karachi’s Wireless Gate neighborhood.
They explained in detail how Syed Ahsan Raza Rizvi killed his wife and three children inside his flat before hanging himself with a rope. Ahsan’s neighbors informed the police that he had been jobless for a while.
In addition to taking a note from a living room requesting to open a case, police claimed to have discovered a 30-bore pistol and bullets from the crime scene.
