A woman from the United States has entered a guilty plea to charges of drunk driving after killing a newlywed bride who was riding in a golf cart on her wedding night.
Last year, Samantha Miller was murdered in a crash in South Carolina while still wearing her wedding gown, and Jamie Lee Komoroski was given a 25-year prison sentence.
In addition to two of his family members who were also in the car, the victim’s spouse, Aric Hutchinson, was one of three people injured.
He told the court that his new wife “wanted the night to never end” while fighting back tears, according to the Associated Press.
The husband claims that the bride killed hours after the wedding was “my world.”
