Mehr Gul, a lady in Mianwali, is charged with killing Saqlain, age 21, after he turned down her proposal of marriage.
Divorced Mehr Gul had stated that she wanted to wed Saqlain.
She allegedly shot Saqlain when he refused.
The police are actively looking for the culprit, who fled the scene.
