Blake Lively may face trial as a result of recent allegations of sexual harassment and a smear campaign against her co-star on It Ends With Us.
If a “mediation solution” between Blake and Baldoni cannot be achieved, the case will go to trial, according to Gregory Doll, a legal expert who is not associated with either side.
According to the Gossip Girl alum’s lawsuit, Baldoni established a “hostile work environment” on the It Ends With Us set before using a public relations team to start a social media smear campaign against her.
“I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people,” the 37-year-old actress also said in a statement to news.
