Several royal specialists believe there is absolutely no likelihood that Prince Harry will obtain U.S. citizenship in the near future.
The Duke of Sussex has stated that he had “considered” obtaining American citizenship in an interview with “Good Morning America” (GMA).
“The American citizenship is a thought that has crossed my mind but certainly not something that is a high priority for me right now,” the husband and father of two said.

According to Christopher Andersen, the author of “The King,” before embracing a totally different red, white, and blue, the younger son of British King Charles III has too much to lose.
“There is really no earthly reason why, after being accused of turning his back on his family and his country, Harry would want to twist the knife by seeking U.S. citizenship,” Andersen said.
That would only cause him to become more removed from his British heritage and elicit a reaction from the palace. At a time when Harry’s father is battling illness and the future of the monarchy is in jeopardy, it would only infuriate the British public and make matters worse.
