“Teams are putting forth a lot of effort to find a quick solution. The telecom provider released a brief statement saying, “We sincerely ap[s]e for any inconvenience caused during this time.”
Since last year, Pakistan has struggled with slow internet, which the government has often attributed on problems with submarine cables. However, there have been rumors that officials may have experimented with a “firewall.”
