On Thursday, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori stated that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is in favor of the nation’s economy recovering.
“Whether it be the arrival of the Chinese and Malaysian premiers to the country or the matter of Japanese investment in the country, one political party [the PTI] has a habit of pouring onto the streets,” Tessori said, expressing his opinions in a caustic way.
“Even the Japanese envoy has said that we are ready to invest in the country, but we daily heard the news about the protests in Pakistan,” he remarked.
Tessori met with the Japanese envoy in Karachi in the interim. This time, the two leaders decided to increase trade between their nations.
