Mohsin Naqvi, the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), announced on Friday that the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 roster is now being reviewed by the selection committee.
“The Champions Trophy squad is subject to change at the discretion of the selection committee,” he continued.
The chairman also discussed Khushdil Shah and Faheem Ashraf’s inclusion in the team for the forthcoming Champions Trophy, which Pakistan will host, and the Tri-Nation series.
“Khushdil Shah and Faheem Ashraf were named in the squad with good intentions,” Naqvi stated.
Speaking to the media in Lahore on Friday, captain and wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan stated that roster changes are not required.
