According to news officials, on November 1st of last year, Brosnan, 70, strolled across an area that was off-limits at Mammoth Terraces, located in the northern portion of Yellowstone close to the border with Montana.
Mammoth Terraces is a picturesque location featuring hot springs coated in minerals that erupt from a hillside, occasionally reaching boiling points.
In an Instagram post on Friday, he claimed that he “did not see” a sign warning against trespassing and that he had “made an impulsive mistake” after having first entered a not guilty plea in January.
