At the end of February, Myers passed away at the age of sixty-six, less than two years after disclosing his cancer diagnosis.
Co-star Si King confirmed his death, saying he was with him at the time of his passing.
However, the pair’s farewell performance had already been recorded while Myers was receiving chemotherapy.
Given that the series commenced just prior to Myers’s passing, the news chose to keep airing it in his honor.
