Karachi: Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab said during his visit to Empress Market that a new parking structure in Saddar that can hold 500 cars will be active after Eid.
The mayor of Karachi stated that the long-standing parking problems in Saddar were being resolved and that the new facility would shortly open. After Eid, the area will be completely operational, as the paver work has been finished.
Wahab examined ongoing restoration efforts inside the historic landmark when he was there. He emphasized the initiatives being taken to maintain its legacy while enhancing its infrastructure.
The mayor also emphasized that more parking spaces, including one next to Bolton Market, are being developed in an effort to address Karachi’s roadside parking issues.
