Following the revelation of her workplace harassment scandal last year, Lizzo recently described her connection with social media as “very toxic.”
The 36-year-old singer acknowledged in an interview with Baby, This Is Keke Palmer that she gets “physically unwell” every time she sees derogatory remarks about her on social media.
“Anything you saw was either someone on my team posted for me, or I posted really quickly and threw my phone,” the Pink Crooner stated.
She went on to say, “I become physically ill, and I can’t handle it when I see things about myself anymore, or even if I see a term that looks like my name. As a result, my connection with the internet has become extremely poisonous.
