Kieran Culkin, who recently became an official Oscar winner, paused to remember a vow his wife had given him.
For his performance in A Real Pain, the actor was awarded Best Supporting Actor. The triumph comes after he won the same award at the SAG Awards 2025.
As befitted the occasion, Culkin’s acceptance speech included a hilarious vow made by his wife, Jazz Charton.
“After I won an Emmy for Succession, she told me she’d give me a third kid,” he said. “Later, I told her I actually wanted four, and she said, ‘I will give you four when you win an Oscar.’” “So, here we are!” he added, laughing.
