The judge ordered the former glamour model to attend all next sessions “no ifs, no buts, no holidays” when she appeared in court after her detention at Heathrow Airport last month.
Price, 46, and a woman boarded a black taxi on Tuesday morning and arrived to the Rolls Building in central London. She did not say anything to the waiting reporters outside while donning black clothing and sunglasses to protect her face.
Price smiled as she addressed the public audience in courtroom 15 of the Rolls Building, enquiring, “You alright there guys?”
Initially, a December date for the private hearing had been offered, but Mr Boer-Roberts claimed Price would be playing in a pantomime at this time, so it was agreed it would take place after Christmas.
Speaking to the court, the judge requested Price to stand up. He stated, “If you fail to comply with the undertaking you will be at risk of being arrested” .
He informed her that she needed to deliver a signed witness statement by September 17th, detailing the documentation she could not supply and that she was expected to attend the private interview on September 24th.
