International delegations of the highest caliber are anticipated to land in the nation’s capital today for the 23rd session of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of State, which will be held in Islamabad.
The two-day conference, which is scheduled for October 16 at the Jinnah Convention Center, will bring together leaders of SCO member nations to talk about important regional and global concerns.
